# Model & hobby shops in Missouri

https://gifts-for-grandpa.com/local/missouri/

Missouri's listings cluster in Kansas City, which holds two of the five shops, with one each in Independence, St. Louis and Grandview. Before a drive, call to confirm the shop still stocks the kit, part or scale you want, and ask whether it runs a retail counter or a club space.

## Does a shop's absence from this Missouri list mean it does not exist?

No. The five Missouri entries, last updated September 14, 2026, are shops we have indexed, not every hobby retailer in the state. Kansas City accounts for two, with Independence, St. Louis and Grandview holding one each, so large areas sit outside the count. Use the list as a starting point, then confirm hours, stock and whether a shop sells kits, parts or both.
